Breakfast tea

What heaven to order tea in the morning without having to go into lengthy instruction on how to make it "no, could you please put the hot water into the pot downstairs.....yes, with the tea leaves...yes a large pot.....no, only for one.." And so it goes everytime. But today, at the Bowery, the room service lady says, "Yes, Madam, that's how we do it here." No more limp bags and tepid jugs of water. English breakfast tea and porridge on its way.
