Sunday supper: Braised Chicken with Lemon & Olives
The inimitable Mrs Tay (she of Chez Tay fame) made a very good Sunday supper last night:
Chicken with escarole, lemon & olives (from the new book, Braises & Stews, by Torie Ritchie)
French beans & mangetout with hazelnut & orange (Ottolenghi)
I can't find the salad recipe but it was butter lettuce, fennel, mushrooms with a garlicky lemon vinaigrette. Absolutely yummy.
