Oops, it's all about food today. I've been thinking about gougeres (cheese puffs) & abracadabra, the Telegraph runs a recipe (even though they spell it, annoyingly, with a 'j'; I think it should be spelled phoenetically, as in "I want to 'zhuzh' it up").
