Persimmon Ambrosia

1 organic Fuyu persimmon
2 teaspoons honey
2 tablespoons good Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons toasted flax seeds

Slice the persimmon, divide into two bowls.
Throw a dollop of yogurt into each bowl.
Pour honey over each dollop of yogurt.
Sprinkle with toasted flax seeds.
Serves two.

This is what I had for breakfast. Utterly yummy.
