Be still
Liberty London Girl made my heart beat faster with her post on Jasper Conran's new book: Country. Please go to her blog to look. Also, a few more extraordinary photos (by Andrew Montgomery) are here at Nowness.
These pictures effect me viscerally, make me nostalgic for England in the most poignant way, make me remember who I am and where I came from. Cow parsley, an abandoned church, green beech trees lining a summer road, a lump in my throat.

Ack am SO behind with commenting...this year has just been bleurgh, & it's affected my concentration. BUT finally the divorce is finalised, my illness is being treated, and I may have somewhere to live, so I am calling a halt to the bad stuff, & onwards with the good!
