Fear Not

Artist James Hampton at the Smithsonian. This piece is entitled: "The Throne of the Third Heaven of the Nations' Millennium General Assembly." 

After he died, in 1964, his landlord was clearing out his garage and found the sculpture along with a bulletin board with a verse from Proverbs: "Where there is no vision, the people perish."
