Fred has sprained his near front suspensory ligament and has received extracorporeal shock wave therapy at the suggestion of a newly refreshed after his African vacation Dr Gray. No medal finals for us this year, but I have my fingers crossed that Fred's time off may make him even better than he was before the injury. We'll see.
