Being in the Hudson Valley now, with the trees showing off their Sunday-best colors, and the mist hanging over the Catskills as if it were Sleepy Hollow, and the brisk air cooling your nose and fingers, makes me think about the Harvest Festival. The apples have been picked, and the pumpkins are out for Halloween. It's a time to be thankful to Mother Nature for abundance.
