The good folks over at FB, my friends, I should say, are complaining about Kate Winslet gushing and hyperventilating at the Globes yesterday, over her two wins. But I disagree. I think it's rather nice to witness an otherwise cool and collected person be thoroughly overwhelmed.
And speaking of that, I thought this recipe, a cool and calm almond lentil stir-fry, with potatoes, brussels sprouts, mint and yogurt, looked delicious for a Monday night. A pity it's 80 degrees in LA. Better if you're in Detroit or Peoria. Credit goes to the marvellous 101 cookbooks.
