Billowing seeds

Ever since yesterday's menina (pussy willow seeds billowing in the air) I've gotten a new lease on life. Yes, it is the start of spring. The birds couldn't be singing more happily. Listen if you can to Kate Bush's Prelude from Aerial: A Sky of Honey for sweet bird sounds. Today: Great swathes of ephemeral clouds in perfect blue skies...worshipped the horse...green-ness abounds...Spring is coming. Today is Shrove Tuesday, Pancake Day in the UK. Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent. I have 40 days of work to do.
