hummingbird

This little hummingbird flew into the house and exhausted itself. I finally caught it as it rested on the bookshelf, next to the wind-up red cardinal and kingfisher.  I've put the tiny thing out on the fence underneath the olive tree, with a saucer of sugar water, in the hope that he will get his strength back.
