This is the grapefruit pie

This is the grapefruit pie with the salty/sweet graham cracker (digestive biscuit) crust which I had last night at Salt's Cure. I've begged them for the recipe so watch this space.  It was startlingly good.

Salt's Cure is on Santa Monica Boulevard at Vista in West Hollywood. All ingredients are grown and sourced locally.  The food is exquisite.
