An addendum to the last two posts:
I admit that Miss Whistle seems to be the lead cheerleader for the Chris Cleave appreciation society and for that I apologize. But, I've just discovered an incredibly lovely email sent to me in July 2005 after I'd read my review copy of Incendiary and sent him a gushing (embarrassingly, hideously gushing) email. So yes, I'll admit it, I am a fan.
