This is Mathieu Amalric who is the villain the new Bond film (the dreadfully named Quantum of Solace) directed by my lovely Marc Forster. Mathieu stars in "The Diving Bell & The Butterfly" which is my favorite movie of the year (and I continue to bore everyone with this fact).
