Allison Anders alerted me to the LA Times "The top 25 of the last 25" (films set in Los Angeles). I'm happy to see that her beautiful "Mi Vida Loca" makes the cut, as well as "Boogie Nights" and "Jackie Brown" (my very favorite QT movie). In fact, at least four movies I worked on made the cut. Woo-hoo! And J will be thrilled about the inclusion of "The Big Lebowski." This kinda makes me feeling like hoisting up a big white sheet screen in the garden and spending today and Labor Day watching movies about our town.
