Fast & Cold

A rather good idea sprang from the mind of my youngest child, who must take after her father in the entrepreneurial department. It's a gazpacho restaurant -- a restaurant that only serves gazpacho but in different flavors. For example:
  • yellow tomato gazpacho
  • beetroot gazpacho
  • peach gazpacho
  • pea gazpacho
  • cucumber gazpacho
I'm of the opinion that you don't mess with a good idea but, I would start that restaurant her in Southern California, as a Drive-Thru! Imagine the heaven of immediate cold vegetable soup on a hot, dry day.
