Try to be a bit kinder

"It's a bit embarrassing to have been concerned with the human problem all one's life and to find at the end one has no more to offer by way of advice than 'Try to be a bit kinder'"
-- Aldous Huxley, quoted in Pico Iyer's "The Open Road: The Global Journey of the Fourteenth Dalai Lama"

I love that quote! Great post. It reminds me of Yogi Berra quote. Blunt, factual and to the point in an explanatory way. "Kindness" is such an extraordinary thing, it seems sometimes that there is not much of it left in the world.
